In 2009, it was revealed that Nintendo was expanding both its Redmond and Kyoto offices. All three offices are interconnected and have video conferences often for communication and presentation purposes. Additionally, Nintendo has a third operation in Tokyo, Japan, where research and development and manufacturing are conducted.
